Very bad service, all their staff spend their time at the bar and they are not attentive to their tables, they do not come to clean the tables and when you talk to them they don't even turn their lights on. It is of no use that your food is very delicious, if the food arrives at the tables super cold due to your waiters. We have asked for the bill 4 times and they don't bring it, I'm still here!!! Run me now!!!

It is the worst service I have ever had, point number one, they take a long time to get through to you, how is it possible, you ask for something and they don't bring it to you but what about when it comes to charging, the waiters charge it to your account, water because those who In truth, they drink too much, they have to charge their bill to the point of absurdity and if that were not enough, the waiters get very rude to us and they even run us away because someone asks them to rectify the bill, in short, thank you to those who decide to go to this place. They could give more but their waiters and their captain have terrible service and what can we say about their security service. And I know they will delete my comment but it is a family bar and respect the families who go to have a nice time with our family.

The place is good for living together and having a quiet time but when it's time to dance they send the waiters to tell you that you can't dance next to your table, even if there aren't many people, they forcefully "invite" you to dance on the floor, which is a blown glass floor on the 3rd floor. It doesn't seem safe to me, but since they told us to sit down, we better leave.

It's a great place to have a good time, they have great food, live music and karaoke. Their snacks and food taste good and the prices are competitive. Without a doubt it is highly recommended

I don't know how to sign up for karaoke, they just sing but there's no list or anything like that!! If it's true it also happened to me, they don't let you dance next to your table and no accidents can happen, I sat down too!!

The wings are very delicious, they come with a good portion. The only bad thing was the waitress who served us, she didn't even know what the beer on tap was, and she wasn't good at asking questions either. But at least the drinks and food were good.
